Having spent decades surrounded by the culture of real ale houses and craft cider makers, Steve watched the quiet revolution of cider unfold — transforming from a local farmhouse drink into a world-class, artisanal experience.

In Britain, cider isn’t just a drink — it’s a way of life. From the crisp Somerset blends to the aromatic Suffolk drys, every region has its own unique taste and tradition. Steve grew up among these influences, visiting cider farms, learning the stories of the makers, and enjoying the rich community spirit that accompanies a good pint of the real stuff.
